Who is Dr. Tamara Tilleman?

Dr. Tilleman is a scientist, surgeon, and the founder of the

Twenty years ago, after being struck by a car and unable to operate for two years, she created The Walk™ as a daily structure for recovery.
What began as a personal protocol evolved into a scientific method for focus and execution.
